The Council of Ministers approved a Memorandum of Understanding and an Action Plan between the governments of Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania. On behalf of Bulgaria, the document will be signed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov.
The strengthening and further development of the European transport corridors Baltic Sea–Black Sea–Aegean Sea and Rhine–Danube are strategic priorities for the EU, providing better connectivity and reliable infrastructure for civilian, commercial, and defence needs.
