Four Points by Sheraton Bansko, a four-star hotel, has been fully renovated and offers high standards of comfort, service and quality, making it a destination for summer holidays, mountain weekends, special occasions or a getaway from everyday life, representatives of the hotel told BTA.

In less than two years, it has attracted the attention of thousands of visitors from around the world. The complex is the first and only mountain hotel in Bulgaria that is part of the global hotel chain Marriott International.

The hotel's wellness centre offers a wide range of massages, special therapies and rituals designed to restore balance and vitality. Professional therapists use high-quality products and an individual approach to ensure maximum comfort and complete care.

Guests can choose from relaxing, classic, deep-tissue, aromatherapy or volcanic stone massages, as well as a premium royal massage for full recovery.

Special rituals include aromatic candle massage, ginger foot massage, chocolate therapy and red wine therapy - procedures that nourish the skin, stimulate circulation and create a sense of harmony, balance and vitality.

The wellness centre features an indoor heated pool, sauna and steam bath with panoramic windows overlooking the inner garden, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a modern fitness centre open 24 hours a day.

The hotel also has a new children’s play area with animation for young guests and an indoor garden with turtles and rabbits.

During the warmer months, Four Points by Sheraton Bansko offers an outdoor semi-Olympic swimming pool and a separate children's pool surrounded by greenery. Accommodation options include rooms, apartments with a bedroom and living room, and Alpine lofts with balconies offering scenic views of the Pirin Mountains.

In its two restaurants, traditional Bulgarian cuisine meets the international experience of a French chef. The main restaurant overlooks the inner garden, while the à la carte restaurant has 70 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats during the warmer months, when special barbecue evenings with live music are also held.

The hotel also offers a lobby bar with a cocktail and gastro menu, a tennis court, a multifunctional conference hall and green outdoor areas for team-building activities.

Guests can immerse themselves in a world of peace and recovery for body and spirit, and combined with the various activities available, their stay becomes both fulfilling and enjoyable, the hotel added.

BTA presents news from certified spa, wellness, and medical spa centres in Bulgaria in its BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water feature. Their total number exceeds 200. The initiative, organized in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism, is linked to Europe's leading health tourism event, the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, which will be held from May 11 to 13, 2026, in Varna, Sts. Constantine and Helena, Golden Sands, and Albena. BTA will be the event's main media partner.
