The mineral water in Constantzia Balneohotel in Kostenets Village resort has therapeutic effects for conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, central, and peripheral nervous systems, hotel manager Antoaneta Puncheva told BTA.

The location of the resort combines nature with access to mineral water, making it a preferred destination for relaxation and rehabilitation. "People with health problems appreciate the benefits of the mineral water," the manager said.

Most of the hotel's guests are Bulgarians mainly over the age of 50, as well as tourists from North Macedonia.

The hotel works with National Social Security Institute programmes, which allows insured individuals to use service packages at preferential rates, including accommodation, meals, access to the mineral pool and up to four procedures per day.

The complex offers a variety of rehabilitation therapies, including Black Sea lye therapy, massages, ultrasound, water gymnastics and specialized equipment for magnetic therapy. A fitness centre, sauna and jacuzzi are available to guests as well.

The hotel employs 65 people, as all rehabilitation specialists are qualified professionals, Puncheva said.

During the summer months, the facility operates at full capacity. Guests can enjoy the natural attractions in the area, including walks in the forest and visits to the Kostenski waterfall and nearby chapels.

The hotel also includes conference rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a garden.
