Sofia, July 16 (BTA) - Montenegro offers foreign tourists free of charge PCR tests if they need them when they return home. The measure was adopted this week as part of the strategy for restoring the tourist flow in the country. The health protocol for the tourist season also provides for free of charge hospital treatment of tourists with COVID-19 if they need it during their stay in Montenegro.
Compared to other countries whose economy also relies on the tourist sector, Montenegro offers more liberal measures for entry into the country. Twenty-three per cent of the population are fully vaccinated. If those with one dose are added then the percentage is above 25.
