The fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2025) will be held under the auspices of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and hosted by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on April 11-13, the Turkish Presidency's communications directorate said in a press release.

This year's forum theme is "Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World" and the focus is on redefining the role of diplomacy in solving regional and global problems.

Rising geopolitical tensions, global inequalities, violence against civilians, a lack of tolerance, insecurity resulting from technological transformations and the multidimensional effects of the climate crisis are undermining confidence in the international system, the release said. In this critical period, the Antalya Diplomacy Forum will highlight the stabilising and unifying power of diplomacy and propose solutions within the framework of regional and global cooperation.

Nearly 450 representatives from some 140 countries are expected to attend ADF 2025, including more than 20 heads of state and government, two presidents of parliaments, 74 ministers and 23 deputy ministers, and 11 lawmakers. Other global leaders as well as politicians, academics, business, media and civil society representatives will also participate. Some 950 journalists from 50 countries are accredited to attend the forum.

Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will also be among the forum participants, the press service of the Council of Ministers said. On Friday, he will take part in the leadership panel on "Search for Partnerships in the Era of Multi-polarization ". Later in the day, the Prime Minister will participate in an official dinner given by President Erdogan.

The delegation led by PM Zhelyazkov in Antalya also includes Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev. At the diplomatic forum, Minister Georgiev has been invited to participate in a panel on security in the Black Sea region.

The three-day forum will cover a wide range of topics related with the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region, Africa and Latin America, as well as topics such as climate change, terrorism, humanitarian aid, digitalization, food security and artificial intelligence.
