site.btaSofia to Host Forum on Tourism and Air Connectivity
A forum on "Tourism and Air Connectivity. Traditional Destinations and New Markets. The Key to Sustainable Growth" will open in Sofia on Friday. The event is organized by the National Board of Tourism and the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) with the support of the Tourism Ministry.
The event aims to present the development prospects of airport infrastructure, the current state of the airline industry, and the strategic positioning of new markets and destinations.
Invited to participate are Tourism Minister Miroslav Borshosh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov, Parliamentary Committee on Tourism Chair Desislav Taskov, BIA Management Board Chair Dobri Mitrev, the heads of Sofia, Varna, Burgas, and Plovdiv airports, Bulgaria Air CEO Hristo Todorov, American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria CEO Ivan Mihaylov, and ambassadors and diplomatic representatives of Morocco, Turkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and China, among others.
