site.btaBulgargaz Offers Natural Gas Price of BGN 60.52 per MWh for September

Bulgargaz will offer a lower price for natural gas in September, the company's CEO Veselin Sinapov said on Wednesday during an open meeting of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) on Wednesday.

Bulgargaz EAD proposed that the price at which it sells natural gas to end suppliers and persons licensed to produce and transmit heat energy for the coming month be BGN 60.52 per megawatt hour (MWh), excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT. This represents a decrease of nearly 3% compared to August.

The EWRC will decide on the price at a closed meeting to be held on Thursday.

The EWRC approved a natural gas price for August of BGN 62.09/MWh, excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT.
