He said that tomatoes are currently priced at BGN 2.40 per kilogram, down slightly from a peak of BGN 2.47 last week, with a downward trend continuing. Cucumbers trade at BGN 1.46/kg, with a general downward trend, though a slight uptick in the past two days suggests normal seasonal fluctuations. Onions are priced at BGN 1.13/kg, also showing a downward trend. Carrots have a stable supply, trading at BGN 1.22/kg. Red peppers are priced at BGN 3.72/kg, with a downward trend expected to bring prices closer to BGN 3. Green peppers are also decreasing in price, now at BGN 2.70/kg.

Lemons continue to rise, now trading at BGN 3.56/kg. Cherries  are nearing the end of their season, with prices ranging from BGN 9.40 to 9.80/kg. Strawberries show a decreasing trend, currently at BGN 4.55/kg. Apricots are also declining, priced at BGN 3.75/kg. Apples, in contrast, are experiencing a steady increase, now reaching BGN 2.55/kg.

Butter (125g pack) is priced at BGN 3.12, aligned with a broader European stabilization trend. Yogurt (400g container) is trading at BGN 1.41. Milk costs BGN 2.29/liter.

Ivanov noted that there are no issues with the supply or production costs of dairy products at this time, indicating a healthy and well-balanced market in that segment.

Wholesale prices for pork remain stable, at BGN 10.20 per kilogram. He compared pork to eggs - both products showing consistent supply and only minor price fluctuations.

In contrast, chicken meat is priced at BGN 6.87 per kilogram, with a clear upward trend observed in recent days. Ivanov noted that the reasons behind this increase are yet to be analyzed in detail.

Commenting on the overall market, Ivanov added that there has been a slight change in the price of the small consumer basket, but emphasized that this may represent the lowest price peak of the year, suggesting that the market is currently in a relatively calm and balanced phase.
