United Bulgarian Bank has announced on its website that a technical glitch has affected card transactions such as- payments, withdrawals and POS terminal operations.

The glitch affects only cards issued before the merger with Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, the bank told BTA.

UBB's teams are actively working to resolve the situation and restore normal bank transactions. The bank advises customers to use alternative payments such as bank transfers or cash payments until the problem is resolved.
