The ninth KvARTal Festival will take place from September 13 to 15 September and is dedicated to the "The Spirit of Old Sofia". The focus will be on the period when the neighborhood, locked between the boulevards Dondukov, Maria Luisa, Slivnitsa and Vasil Levski, was built at the turn of the 20th century.
