Expanding employment opportunities and creating suitable working conditions for people with disabilities, ensuring accessible environments, access to inclusive education, and higher quality healthcare and social services are among the priorities of the Action Plan for the period 2025-2026 for the implementation of the National Strategy for People with Disabilities 2021-2030.

The document, approved by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, also includes measures and activities aimed at encouraging the participation of people with disabilities in cultural life and in sports competitions, as well as expanding opportunities for using more types of transport without restrictions.

The implementation of the plan will contribute to the continuation of the current policies for people with disabilities and will build upon efforts to improve their quality of life by creating conditions for their full and equal participation in the community, the Government Information Service reported.
