site.btaNearly 1,400 Foreign Students Studying at Sofia University

There are 1,394 foreign students studying at Sofia University, of which 351 are from European Union countries, the Information and Public Relations Department at Sofia University told BTA.

All 16 faculties of Sofia University have admitted foreign students, with the most foreign studying at the Faculty of Medicine, followed by the Faculty of Classical and Modern Philology and the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Arts.

There is a trend  for foreign students to increase, the university noted.
