THE MOUNTAINS: Cloudy and foggy. Heavy rain fall in many areas, with snowfall at elevations over 1,800 m. In the afternoon rain will begin to ease. Strong northwesterly wind. Highs: around 6C ay 1,200 m, around 1C at 2,000 m.
