The coast: cloudy, with rain in the afternoon. Wind moderate, south-southeasterly. Highs: 16C to 19C. Sea water temperature: 14C to 16C.

The mountains: cloudy and rainy, with snow at altitudes over 1,800 m. Wind moderate to strong, southwesterly, to turn northwesterly in the afternoon and bring in cold air. Highs: 9C at 1,200 m, 5C at 2,000 m.
