Clear weather overnight over Western Bulgaria, considerable clouds over Eastern Bulgaria. Patchy clouds before noon, considerable and mostly low clouds in the east. Light north-northeasterly wind. Lows: between minus 2C and 3C, about 0C in Sofia. Highs: between 11C and 16C, about 12C in Sofia. 

The Black Sea coast: Considerable cloud cover, mostly low clouds, morning visibility reduced in some places. Clouds to break at noon. Moderate north-northeasterly wind. Highs: between 9C and 11C. Seawater temperature: 8C-9C. Sea waves: 2-3 degrees Douglas.  

The mountains: Patchy clouds, more considerable cloud cover before noon. Almost no rainfall. Strong north-northeasterly wind before noon, moderate after noon. Highs: at 1,200 metres about 5C, at 2,000 metres about minus 1C.
