Bulgaria welcomes the priorities of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which began on Monday, the Foreign Ministry in Sofia said. Among the priorities, the ministry listed the rule of law, democracy, competitiveness, a green and just transition, enhancing the social and healthcare programme, protecting people and borders, and promoting a global Europe.
