The government decided on approving the draft Statement of Intent (SOI) of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Turkey to accede to the Technical Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Defence of the Italian Republic on NATO Enhanced Vigilance Arrangements (eVA) in Bulgaria and the provision of Host Nation Support (HNS) and other responsibilities.
