Ivelin Mihaylov is a presidential candidate in the upcoming elections on October 25, according to a decision by the Central Election Commission. He was nominated by the Velichie party, alongside vice-presidential candidate Yuliana Mateeva.

Mihaylov was born on August 30, 1977, in Gorna Oryahovitsa, according to information available on the party website. He is the ideologue and CEO of Historical Park AD. He graduated from the University of Economics – Varna with a degree in Business Management. An economist and financier, he supports the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through seminars, specialized literature, and other initiatives. He is the leader of the Velichie party, and was a Member of Parliament in the 51st National Assembly.
