Velichka Georgieva is a presidential candidate in the upcoming elections on October 25. She was put forward by a nomination committee alongside vice-presidential candidate Rosen Ivanov.

According to the biography provided by the nomination committee that nominated her, Velichka Georgieva was born in the town of Koprivshtitsa. Georgieva has worked on European programs promoting employment, specifically in administrative support roles. She holds a master's degree from Moscow State University. 

Georgieva has twice run for Member of Parliament representing the "Saprotiva" (Resistance) party in Sofia’s 25th and Kyustendil's 10th Multi-member Constituency. She is a member of the "Rusofili" (Russophiles) Movement and the "Bulexit" Movement.
