site.btaParliament to Devote Friday Sitting to Question Time

Parliament will devote its entire sitting on Friday to question time, having completed its legislative agenda for the week. MPs approved a proposal by presiding officer Ivan Angelov on Thursday.

Question time will continue until ministers have answered all questions from MPs. Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Shishkov is due to answer 11 questions, the most of any minister.

Minister of Defence Dimitar Stoyanov, Minister of Agriculture and Food Plamen Abrovski, Shishkov, Minister of Energy Iva Petrova, Minister of Transport and Communications Georgi Peev and Minister of Culture Evtim Miloshev are scheduled to take questions.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Galab Donev, Minister of Health Katya Ivkova, Minister of Tourism Ilin Dimitrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs Velislava Petrova and Minister of Education and Science Georgi Valchev will not take questions because of pressing commitments, Angelov said.
