BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Rumen Tiholov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Velichie for Vratsa's 6th multi-member constituency, the party press service said here Saturday.

Tiholov specialized in Internal Medicine in Sofia and in Pulmonary Diseases in Varna. Since 2002 he has worked in Kozloduy. He was manager of St. Ivan Rilski Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment between 2011 and 2016, founded a sleep medicine laboratory in 2015 and is a European-certified expert in sleep medicine. He has specializations in Scotland and qualifications in bronchoscopy and ultrasound diagnostics, according to the information made available to BTA.
