BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Branimir Michev is the top-of-the-list candidate of Party of the Greens for Dobrich's 8th multi-member constituency, according to a decision of the Constituency Election Commission.

Michev graduated from Medical University - Varna in 1993. In 1997 he completed a specialization in General and Operative Surgery in Sofia, and currently has more than 30 years of professional experience. He told BTA that he has worked at St. Anna Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment and Eurohospital Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment in Varna, at the Medical Centre - Varna in the Asparuhovo quarter, and at N. I. Pirogov University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine in Sofia. He has subsequently acquired many qualifications and completed courses in different surgical fields. He is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Bulgarian Surgical Society and the Bulgarian Association of Surgeons and Oncologists, endoscopy section. He speaks Russian and English.
