Veselin Belokonski is the top-of-the-list candidate of Glas Naroden (People's Voice) for Varna's 3rd and Yambol's 31st multi-member constituencies, information on the website of the Constituency Election Commission in Varna shows.

He was born in Sofia in 1974. He graduated from the Technical University in his home city as a mechanical engineer. He has worked in agriculture and has been head of a service facility, according to information provided by Belokonski to BTA.

He now lives in Varna. He works as a teacher at the Agricultural Vocational High School in Provadia. He has been a member of Glas Naroden (People's Voice) since 2010.
