site.btaDimitar Zdravkov Is Top-of-the-List Candidate of Progressive Bulgaria for Pleven 15th Constituency

BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Dimitar Zdravkov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Progressive Bulgaria for Pleven’s 15th multi-member constituency, the coalition press service said here Thursday.

Zdravkov is 36 years old. He has over ten years of experience in public administration, education and innovation. From 2017 to 2026, he was part of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, where he successively served as adviser on education and adviser on innovation. He is a member of the Commission on Bulgarian Citizenship.

His professional path also includes work at the Ministry of Education and Science from 2013 to 2017, where, as an expert in the Finance Directorate, he was responsible for budget analyses and participated in the management of large projects under operational programmes.

Dimitar Zdravkov holds two master’s degrees, in Law from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo and in Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He speaks English and Russian. He is married and has two children.
