The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) National Council elected the composition of the party’s Executive Bureau, the party press service said here Saturday.

The deputy chairs will be Atanas Merdzhanov, Donka Mihaylova, Zhelyo Boychev and Ivan Takov.

The members will be Atanas Telcharov, Valeri Zhablyanov, Vladimir Aleksandrov, Gabriel Valkov, Enyo Savov, Yordan Mladenov, Mina Kuteva, Pavel Ralichkov, Petko Dimitrov, Plamen Vladimirov, Sergey Stanishev, Svetlana Sharenkova, Sonya Kelevedzhieva and Trifon Panchev.

Earlier on Saturday, former BSP leader Sergei Stanishev warned the party could miss the next Parliament amid the emergence of a project linked to former president Rumen Radev, while BSP National Council member and BSP MP Borislav Gutsanov said BSP’s early-election performance would largely hinge on decisions taken at this and at the next plenum.
