The Council of Ministers approved additional funding totaling EUR 25,187,076 for the Financial Supervision Commission, the Constitutional Court, the Council of Ministers, and transfers to municipalities for 2026. The decision is based on Article 3(3) of the Act on Revenue Collection and Expenditure Execution in 2026, pending the adoption of the State Budget Act of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2026, the Public Social Insurance Budget Act for 2026, and the National Health Insurance Fund Budget Act for 2026.

The decision enables the Financial Supervision Commission and the Constitutional Court to perform their functions and ensures the implementation of projects of key importance for municipalities, as well as for the Council of Ministers and the Varna Regional Administration.
