Vazrazhdane is willing to support an occupation of Parliament, Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov told reporters in Parliament when asked about his party's position regarding the Continue the Change initiative. However, Kostadinov added that he and his partymen would back an occupation of Parliament if it is the kind of protest that Vazrazhdane holds.

Vazrazhdane has protested on many occasions, mostly over national sovereignty and the protests are often highly confrontational. To take one example, during a February 2025 rally of Vazrazhdane supporters against the euro, protesters hurled red paint, firecrackers, and eggs at the European Commission building and set the door on fire. Four were arrested for hooliganism.

Actually, Continue the Change leader Assen Vassilev said that "an occupation of the government [not Parliament] is the only way: the government refuses to listen to Bulgarian citizens or to the employers' organizations".

Kostadinov commented that "if they want to stage an occupation, it must be done the way Vazrazhdane has shown protests should be conducted. I hope to see their words put into action." He added that they support any protest directed against what he called "Peevski’s government". "Peevski" is MRF-New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski.

Kostadinov also claimed that if the 2026 state budget is adopted, Bulgaria will be driven to bankruptcy. "The question is no longer if the state will go bankrupt, but when," he said.

"The only thing left for us is to do what is necessary to bring down this government," the Vazrazhdane leader concluded.
