So far, more than 50 employers from the Ruse region and northern Bulgaria have registered. Over 100 young people aged 16–29 looking for professional opportunities have also registered to participate, according to Ruse Labour Bureau Director Yoana Terzieva. She added that preliminary selection and tailored opportunities for individual meetings have been arranged for them.
The forum's focus is on young people taking their first steps in their professional careers who want to find quality jobs or explore internship or apprenticeship opportunities, explained Assoc. Prof. Daniela Yordanova, head of the Career Development Centre.
The Career Horizons Youth Job Fair is establishing itself as a key event for connecting young talent with leading regional employers. Ruse Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Milen Dobrev said that the event provides students and young professionals with opportunities for realization and gives companies a chance to discover new and promising talent ready to take on professional challenges.
