Significant cloud cover, with scattered showers from the northwest to the southeast. Precipitation will be heavier in the northeast and mountainous areas, where thunderstorms are also possible. In the afternoon, clouds will quickly break up from the northwest. Moderate to temporarily strong northwesterly winds will bring colder air, lowering temperatures. Highs: 21C - 26C, up to 27C - 28C in the extreme southeast and parts of the Upper Thracian Plain, and around 21C in Sofia.

The Black Sea coast: Sunny in the morning with some scattered clouds, but cloud cover will increase from the northwest around noon. Rain is expected initially along the northern coast and later in the evening in the south. Light to moderate south-southwesterly wind, shifting to temporarily strong northwesterly in the afternoon. Highs: 24C - 26C. Sea temperature: 23C - 24C.

Mountains: Clouds will be significant, with rain showers in some areas, accompanied by thunderstorms, mainly in the Rhodopes. In the afternoon, clouds will begin to break up from the northwest. Moderate to strong northwesterly wind. Highs: around 16C at 1,200 metres and around 9C at 2,000 metres.
