GERB will hold a national meeting in Plovdiv on Sunday, the party's press service said on Saturday. The event will bring together GEBR ministers, MPs, mayors and chairpersons of municipal councils.

The discussions will cover key issues concerning the current political situation at the national and regional levels, priority infrastructure projects and municipal development.

Special emphasis will be laid on Bulgaria's euro area accession process, including necessary steps and challenges to the country's financial and economic stability.

GERB leader Boyko Borissov, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and cabinet ministers will address the meeting.
