site.btaOn Parliament's Agenda: Ratification of Agreements on Implementation of 2021-2027 Cross-border Programmes with Serbia, Turkiye

At it regular sitting on Thursday, the National Assembly is scheduled to debate on bills to ratify agreements on the implementation of the Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria-Serbia  and Bulgaria-Turkiye cross-border cooperation programmes for 2021-2027. The last step in the process of the agreements' entry into force is the adoption of bills on their ratification.

The agreement with Serbia was signed by the Bulgarian side on January 9  in Sofia and on the Serbian side, on January 29 in Belgrade. The total budget of the programme is over EUR 38 million. The funds can benefit six western regions in Bulgaria and seven in Serbia, shows information on the website of the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
