Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Leader and MRF – New Beginning Floor Leader Delyan Peevski insists that responsible institutions take measures against Vazrazhdane, a statement from the party press service on Wednesday says.

“Pro-Russian party Vazrazhdane, and its representatives, systematically threaten Bulgaria’s civil peace, security and stability, endanger its European integration, serve foreign interests and protect dubious businesses. That is the reason why institutions must immediately undertake the necessary actions to protect both the state governance and the security and peace of the people,” the statement says.

The National Assembly must immediately strip Vazrazhdane MPs Nikola Dimitrov, Yordan Todorov, Slavcho Krumov and Ivaylo Tchorbov of immunity so that criminal proceedings can be initiated against them for damaging the House of Europe in February. The proposal has already been submitted to the National Assembly, according to the statement.

The statement says that a notification will be sent to the prosecution service and the State Agency for National Security about the threats to public order, the state, and European security made by the leader of Vazrazhdane, Kostadin Kostadinov in front of the media in Parliament.
