Today marks the beginning of a strategic partnership, based on shared academic values and aimed at global cooperation, Dr. Kevin Deniswara, lecturer at BINUS University in Jakarta (Indonesia), said here on Tuesday. He was speaking at the opening of the 12th international scientific conference on modern management practices at Burgas Free University.
He expressed his satisfaction with the signed memorandum of understanding between BINUS University and Burgas Free University. “We look forward to developing compatible programmes for student exchange, research and academic cooperation, which will enrich both institutions,” he underscored.
Deniswara noted that BINUS University is among the leading higher education institutions in Indonesia, known for its commitment to the development of society through education, research and innovation. "We are constantly looking for new opportunities for global partnerships that will have a positive effect both nationally and internationally", he added.
"This is my first visit to Bulgaria and Burgas. It is a real pleasure for me to be at Burgas Free University", he noted.
The 12th international scientific conference on modern management practices is organized by the Centre for Economic and Management Sciences at Burgas Free University and brings together representatives of universities from all over the world.
