There is heavy traffic at the exits for trucks at the Lesovo and Kapitan Andreevo border control check points on the border with Turkiye, the General Directorate Border Police reported on Thursday morning.

Renovation work on the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge at Ruse is ongoing. Temporary traffic arrangements have been introduced. Traffic is limited to a single lane. Conditions at other border crossings with Romania remain normal.

The overall reconstruction of the Stanke Lisichkovo border control check point with North Macedonia is ongoing. Due to the renovation work, traffic is being processed through a limited number of lanes.

Traffic at the border control check points on the border with Serbia is normal.

Construction works are taking place at the Rudozem - Xanthi route on the Greek side. Only cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes are allowed to pass through the border crossings in the areas near Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.
