Bulgaria has a chance to use all the funds under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), to carry out the necessary reforms not only related to the second payment under the NRRP but also to the remaining ones up to the ninth, and along with the cohesion policy resources to fully benefit from the funding, Minister of Innovation and Growth Tomislav Donchev said during Friday's Question Time in Parliament. The Deputy Prime Minister was replying to a question by the Democracy, Rights and Freedoms (DRF) group about the funding and frozen projects under the NRRP.

Donchev assured the MPs that the bills concerning the second payment under the NRRP have been tabled in the National Assembly.
