GERB leader Boyko Borissov told journalists here in Parliament on Thursday that he has spoken with Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, who assured him that the governance program is ready, which according to Borissov, will probably be discussed next week. Borissov also acknowledged that the criticisms regarding delays in the governance program are justified.
