Vice President Iliana Iotova proposes that Bulgaria’s old capitals should acquire special status to receive dedicated funding. On Wednesday, speaking to Bulgarian media in Cetinje, the historical capital of Montenegro, she voiced hope that the Bulgarian Culture Ministry would move forward with a draft law that has been stalled for two years.
