The decision was prompted by frequent traffic accidents near the village of Telish, the Regional Development and Public Works Ministry said in a press release on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the Pleven Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior reported the death of a 12-year-old girl who had been injured in a traffic accident in the area the day before.
