Bulgarian legislation guarantees equality between men and women in all spheres of regulated legal-public relations, as well as prohibition of discrimination on the basis of gender, but this is not enough to overcome the problem, reads National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova's address to the participants in a conference on harassment and violence at work, organized by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Bulgarien and the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bulgaria (CITUB) and held in Sofia on Wednesday.
