Sending Bulgarian troops to Ukraine has never been discussed in any form, Nikolay Denkov, Co-Floor Leader of Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria and former prime minister, told journalists. He said the National Assembly alone is entitled to discuss and make decisions on the matter.
