An urban park will be built in Ruse as part of a project under the Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme, Ivaylo Kadishev, the project manager on the Bulgarian side and Director of the International Policies, Economic Activities and Analyses Directorate at Ruse Municipality, announced.
