Speaking at a forum on Bulgarian tourism here on Friday, Bulgarian Union of Balneology and Spa Tourism (BUBSPA) Ambassador Meglena Plugchieva said that she regards the meeting as a type of training for Bulgarians, businesses, and institutions on how to advertise.
