Bulgaria and Spain observed the largest annual increase in production in construction (both +2.5%) in the European Union in July 2024, compared with July 2023, according to data published by the European statistics agency Eurostat on Wednesday. Czechia (+2.0%) and Portugal (+1.7%) recorded third and fourth highest increase respectively.
