Speaking to reporters in the corridors of Parliament on Friday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that a 'new attempt had been made to insinuate that Bulgaria would give cash to Ukraine'. In his words, at the closed-door meeting of Parliament on Thursday regarding the upcoming NATO summit in Washington, it was made clear that there was no question of giving money to Ukraine at all.
