site.btaDraft Changes to Industrial Parks Act Promote Clusters

The Government approved a bill amending the Industrial Parks Act. The amendments provide for the possibility to create a new type of specialised park in which a type of production activities are carried out that will stimulate clustering.

Also, the proposed amendments refine texts that have been found to create difficulties for businesses and the registration of industrial parks in the process of implementing the law.

The expected results include the creation of improved conditions for investments and for encouraging investors to carry out production activities in industrial parks.
