The wheat harvest in Dobrich district has finished. All 1,139,97 hectares have been harvested. The average yield is 562,4 kg/ha. According to a report by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture, the highest values so far have been recorded in the municipalities of Dobrich and Dobrichka - just over 655 kg/ha.

Lavender has also been harvested. The average yield of flower mass is 525,6 kg/ha, a total of 42,77 hectares have been harvested. The most planted lavender areas are in the General Toshevo Municipality. In the last agricultural year more than 15,80 hectares of lavender were sown there. The data reported by the Agricultural Regional Directorate show that better yields were recorded in the municipalities of Dobrich and Dobrichka, where farmers harvested over 650 kg/ha. The lavender area this marketing year is 2,300 hectares less.

All areas of rape have been harvested. The average yield was 267,7 kg/ha, while 4,521 hectares were recultivated. In 2022 it was 6,234 hectares.

Corn and sunflower acreage are up this marketing year. 93, 273 hectares were sown to oilseed sunflowers, which is some 7,888 hectares more than 2022's 85, 385 hectares. Maize for grain was sown on 949 340 hectares, which is 3,700 hectares more than last year - 91,234 hectares.
