The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) signed a partnership agreement with Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" on Wednesday. Signatures to the document were put in the building of the University by its president Assoc. Krasimir Nedyalkov and BTA Director General Kiril Valchev.
