Bulgarians Simon Antoni Ivanov and Gabriel Donev qualified for the semi-finals of the ITF International Men's Tennis Tournament in Sofia with a prize fund of USD 15,000.

Donev and Ivanov, seeded No. 2 in the doubles, defeated Andrea Petrovic (Norway) and Loris Purois (France) 7:5, 6:3 in the quarterfinals. The match lasted an hour and 20 minutes.

In a contest for a place in the final later on Saturday, the two will meet the Swedish tandem of Erik Grevelius and Adam Heynonen, who knocked out the second Bulgarian pair of Simeon Terziev and Plamen Milushev in another quarterfinals match 6:2, 6:4 in 61 minutes of play.
