December 25 (BTA) - The Bulgarian healthcare authorities
confirmed 772 new COVID-19 cases in the country in 24 hours on
Thursday after 3,669 tests, according to information posted at
http://coronavirus.bg. The positivity rate for the day was 21.04
 per cent.

There are 81,955 active cases of COVID-19 in the country.
Thursday saw 1,215 people recover from the infection. Currently
hospitalized patients number 521.

Forty-nine deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in 24 hours,
bringing the death toll since the start of the pandemic to
7,023. A total of 196,658 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed
