Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov commented on the explosion, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday at the ammunition depot of the EMKO company in Karnobat, Southeastern Bulgaria, saying that Bulgarian defence industry must be protected rather than impeded, as it is a great contributor to Bulgaria's economy.
